Enlisting in the 1st NC Tactical Division
If you are interested in enlisting in the Tactical Division program, please familiarize yourself with our Regulations page and expectations below. Once you have done so and believe 1stNC is a good match for you, contact us using our enlistment form.

1stNC is looking for mature individuals that can work as a team and whose goals are aligned with the teams.

Each recruit will be expected to:

• Qualify for 1NC age requirements (Be 16 years or older).
• Attend 3 games and attend a successful vote on membership and approved by the command element.

Once elected, the member is expected to be held to the following standards:

• Be professional and seek professionalism on the field.
• Help team members in the field.
• Practice safety above all else in the field.  
• Learn and practice the soldiering skills set forth and utilized by the team (communication, formation, and tactics).
• Attend milsim oriented games, follow the chain of command and work towards the common goals of the team at that event.
• Strive to follow the teams SOPs and uniform standards as best as possible.
• Strive to work closely and cooperatively with established teams and organizations in the Carolinas in a professional manner. 

Each member will additionally be encouraged to:

• Attend team social functions to the best extent as possible in relationship to the recruits personal life and location
• Attend team building exercises to the best extent as possible in relationship to the recruits personal life and location
