The average profile of the 1st NC Tactical Division member is twenty to forty years in age with a professional career and family. Our airsoft experince spans local and national airsoft milsim events, our military experience includes US Army leadership training, and other experience includes martial arts leadership positions as well.
The average tactical load closely resenbles a light infrantrymans load but is specifically geared towards our missions versus a direct copy of a soldier or unit from a difinitive period. As our missions change so does our gear and weaponry.
Time in the field for the average 1st NC Tactical Division member is one game a month though some play more or less based on thier family and work committments. Either way 1st NC TAC DIV is about experience, personal and professional growth and is flexible in regards to a soldiers other committments. If a soldier trains with us just long enough to pass the field tests and leaves we are happy that where they go, they will take the professionalism that they practiced here.
